Day 01: Delhi (Arrival): On your arrival at New Delhi international airport, you will be received by our representative and will be assisted to your hotel. Check in at your hotel.
Day 02: Delhi: After a leisurely breakfast move out for a daylong sightseeing of Old Delhi & New Delhi, which includes the Red Fort, Chandni Chowk & Jama Masjid, Humayun’s Tomb and Qutub Minar among other attractions. Later after lunch drive past impressive boulevards and buildings such as President’s Residence and others in Lutyen’s Delhi.
Day 03: Delhi: During the take an excursion to ‘Dr, Salim Ali Bird Sanctuary’ popularly known as ‘Sultanpur Bird Sanctuary – this place is heaven for bird lovers. Here you may find hundreds of migratory and local birds.
Day 04: Varanasi: At appropriate time you will be transferred to Delhi airport to board the flight to Varanasi. On your arrival at Varanasi you will be assisted and transferred to your hotel for check in. At Varanasi take a walking tour of a few Ghats and narrow back lanes to feel the pulse of this most sacred place. In the evening you may go to the Ghat to see the Aarti of holy Ganga River. Stay overnight in your hotel.
Day 05: Varanasi: Early morning take boat rides on river Ganges to witness holy rituals on Ghats. A very spiritual experience! During the day you will have a guided sightseeing tour of the city including your visit to Kashi Biswanath Temple and other notable attractions. You may also take Rickshaw ride in the busy market and old lanes of the city. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 06: Khajuraho: At appropriate time you will be transferred to Varanasi airport to board the flight to Khajuraho. On arrival check in at your hotel, after brief leisure visit the interesting Western group of temples, the architecture of which is awe-inspiring. The statues looks like alive and one can better explain the flawless work of the statue only after seeing it. During the evening, you may enjoy the ‘Sound and Light show’ at the temple. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 07: Bandhavgarh: Morning check-out from your hotel and take a drive straight to Bandhavgarh to check in at another resort, which would be the place of your stay for next 3 days. After lunch, you will be joined by our naturalist and will be taken for a jungle tour in an open 4WD jeep. The tour would last till the sunset and back at your resort, the evening would be kept at leisure. During the coffee and the dinner, you can share your day’s experiences with other travelers. It’s a great fun to know who remained the luckiest during the day and how few just missed that particular sighting.
Day 08: Bandhavgarh: Early in the morning you will again be taken for the jungle tour and after lunch there awaits another round of jungle safari. Evening is at leisure.
Day 09: Bandhavgarh: Morning and evening jeep safaris inside the jungle to get the chance to encounter the king of the jungle in his own kingdom. In the evening drive back to your hotel for having dinner and to relax till next morning.
Day 10: Bhopal: Enjoy morning safari back to resort for breakfast. At appropriate time you will be transferred to Katni railway station to board the train to Bhopal.
Day 11: Bhopal (excursion to Sanchi): During the taken an excursion to Bhimbetka & Sanchi. In Bhimbetka about 700 rock shelters belonging to the Neolithic age, have been discovered. Over 500 caves have paintings of pre-historic man. Sanchi has the distinction of having the finest specimens of almost all Buddhist architectural forms, Stupa, Chaitya, Temples and Monasteries dating from 3rd century BC. Visit the Stupas with circular domes and railings around them; Ashoka Pillar, Gupta temple built in the 4th century and the Great Bowl carved of one piece of stone. The museum displays number of sculptures found in the area. Stay overnight in Bhopal.
Day 12: Agra: Morning visit the Upper & Lower Lakes, Laxmi Narayan Temple, Moti Masjid, Sadar Manzil & Taj-ul-Masjid drive past Vidhan Sabha in half day sightseeing tour. At appropriate time you will be transferred to Bhopal railway station to board the train to Agra. On arrival, check in at your hotel. Stay overnight at Agra.
Day 13: Agra: Morning visit the beautiful Taj Mahal & Agra Fort in a guided tour. Taj Mahal is not only beautiful but is also an architectural wonder. It is hard to believe that centuries back, how this HUGE building was conceptualized and the people then were even able to give it a shape in reality. Rest of time is on own discretion. After your guided tour, you may explore the interesting old markets of Agra city and may try some of the mouth watering dishes, famous throughout India. In the evening, you may visit the amazing backside view of Taj Mahal across the Yamuna River during Sunset. To see the sunset view of Taj Mahal, you don’t necessarily mean to go inside of it. The best view of Taj Mahal can be seen from outside of it along the Yamuna River.
Day 14: Jaipur: After breakfast check out from hotel and drive towards Jaipur visiting the enormous abandoned historic town of Fatehpur Sikri. On arrival at Jaipur, check in at your hotel. You may just relax at your hotel or you may explore the colourful bazaars of this vibrant city. The beauty of Jaipur is that its unique architecture and town planning is visible at even the most common places such as its squares and lanes.
Day 15: Jaipur: After breakfast, you will be met by our expert guide who through his vast storehouse of knowledge and experience will share with you many interesting information and historical facts about the city. With him in a daylong sightseeing trip you will visit the City Palace and its vast treasure of rare manuscripts, paintings and other collections. Other attractions around the palace equally noticeable for unique architecture are Hawa Mahal, Jantar Mantar observatory, Albert Hall and Birla Temple. A little further you will visit the majestic hill top fort of Amber housing the beautiful mirror palace and elaborate Ganesh Pole.
Day 16: Udaipur: Drive further to the Lake City – Udaipur. Further on your arrival check in at your beautiful hotel – the Lake Palace. At sunset, take a boat trip on Lake Pichola enjoying the breathtaking view of the mountains around & the palaces by the lake.
Day 17: Udaipur: Morning take a guided sightseeing tour of City Palace complex, Jagdish Temple and Saheliyon ki Bari. In the evening explore the interesting labyrinths around Jagdish temple.
Day 18: Mumbai: At appropriate time you will be transferred to Udaipur airport to board the flight to Mumbai. On arrival at Mumbai you will be received and transferred to your hotel Rest of time at leisure. Stay overnight at Mumbai.
Day 19: Mumbai: During the day take guided sightseeing tour of city and visit notable attractions of the city which includes Dhobi Ghat, Crawford market, Marine drive and old mansions of Colaba area.
Day 20: Aurangabad: At appropriate time you will be transferred to Mumbai airport to board the flight to Aurangabad. On arrival at Aurangabad you will be received by our own representative and transfer to your hotel to check in. After some leisure drive straight towards to Ellora to visit Ellora caves. At appropriate time you will be transferred to your hotel. Stay overnight at your hotel.
Day 21: Aurangabad: Morning after having breakfast drive straight towards to Ajanta to visit the caves in guided sightseeing tour. At appropriate time you will be transferred to back your hotel. Stay overnight stay at hotel.
Day 22: Hampi: At appropriate time you will be transferred to Aurangabad airport to board the flight to Hubli via Mumbai. On arrival at Hubli you will be received and transferred further to Hampi – a historic & religious place in India. On arrival, check in at your hotel. Stay overnight at hotel.
Day 23: Hampi: After breakfast, enjoy the guided city sightseeing tour. If dreams were made out of stone, it would be Hampi. Hampi has been classified as a World Heritage Center and is one of the major tourist destinations in India. The splendid remains of palaces and gateways of the broken city tell a tale of man’s infinite talent and power of creativity together with his capacity for senseless destruction. A visit to Hampi is a sojourn into the past. Most of the important structures and ruins are located in two areas, which are generally referred to as the Royal Centre and the Sacred Centre.
Day 24: Hospet – Bangalore (Overnight Train): At appropriate time you will be transferred to Hospet railway station to board the train to Bangalore.
Day 25: Bangalore – Cochin: On arrival you will be received and transferred to Bangalore airport to board the flight to Cochin. On arrival, check in at your hotel. After brief leisure you will be taken for a guided tour of Fort Kochi. Visit the Mattancherry palace, Jewish synagogue, Jew town, old spice markets, St. Francis church, Santa Cruz Basilica and Chinese fishing nets. In the evening visit the famous ‘Kathakali Dance’ to nearby theaters.
Day 26: Alleppey: Morning after breakfast at appropriate time you will be transferred to Alleppey houseboat boarding point to embark the houseboat (Kettuvallom) at 1400 hours. You will be served tender coconut to welcome you onboard and then the journey would start.
Day 27: Munnar: After breakfast disembark houseboat spending couple of hours there proceed towards Munnar on a fascinating journey passing through the beautiful Cardamom hills & green carpets of tea plantations. During the day you may visit ‘tea factory museum’. Stay overnight at the Resort.
Day 28: Madurai: Morning a spice plantations tour will be organized where a detailed demonstration about the cultivation of some of the exotic spices of the world will be given to you. Drive further and reach the Dravidian heartland – Madurai. On arrival check-in at your hotel and later visit the Thirumalai Nayak Palace and the Dravidian masterpiece Sri Meenakshi Sundareswarar temple which makes the city of Madurai so famous and pulsate with festivities.
Day 29: Tanjore: Morning drive further to Trichy. On arrival visit the nearby enormous Srirangam temple and then continue to the Chola citadel of Tanjore (it is about 54 KM away from Trichy and the drive would take approximately 1½ hour). On arrival at Tanjore, check in at your hotel. Later visit the World heritage Brihadishvara temple – simply unparalleled, Tanjore Royal Palace & Museums.
Day 30: Mahabalipuram: After breakfast drive to Mahabalipuram. On arrival, check in at your hotel. Later you will be taken for a sightseeing tour of Mahabalipuram, which includes visit to Shore Temple and Varaha Mandapa and other places of tourist attractions. Stay overnight at your beach resort.
Day 31: Mahabalipuram (Excursion to Kanchipuram): During the day take an excursion to Kanchipuram – the ancient capital of the Pallavas famous as a city of 1000 Temples and still has 124 shrines of Kanchipuram which includes your visit to the beautiful Kailasanatha, Kamakshi & Ekambareshwara temples.
Day 32: Chennai: At appropriate time you will be transferred to Chennai to check in at your hotel. Later you will be taken to visit Anna Zoological Park, Birla Planetarium, Govt. Museum, Church of Fort St. George and crocodile bank in a guided sightseeing tour. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 33: Chennai (Departure): At appropriate time in you will be transferred to Chennai international airport to make you board the flight back home. The tour ends.
